Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Agendaflow. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Agreement

This is an agreement between you and Agendafix AS (org.nr. 937 071 280), a company registered in Norway, which operates the service under the brand name Agendaflow. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Agendafix AS, and “you” refers to the account holder.

2. The service

Agendaflow is a software-as-a-service tool for planning workshops, sessions, and agendas. It includes AI features that help you draft and refine content. AI-generated output is assistive only — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it or using it professionally.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for a single person; on Team plans, each seat is for one named person and may not be shared.

4. Plans, trials, and billing

We offer a 14-day free trial that does not require a payment card. Paid Solo and Team subscriptions are billed through Stripe in EUR, exclusive of VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. If we change prices, we will announce the change in advance; the new price applies from your next renewal.

5. Your content

You own the agendas and content you create in Agendaflow. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the service to you — including sending relevant content to our AI subprocessors when you invoke AI features. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for illegal content or unlawful purposes;
• abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent limits on AI features;
• resell or redistribute the service without our permission;
• attempt to breach, probe, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and reliable on a reasonable-effort basis, but we do not offer a guaranteed service level (SLA) on Solo or Team plans at this time. The service is under active development, and features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Norwegian law.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, and we will give you notice where reasonably feasible.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service are subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
