Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days, no credit card required. Full access to every feature — no "trial tier" with crippled functionality.
What happens after the trial ends?
Your workspace becomes read-only. You can still view your past agendas, but creating new ones, editing existing ones, and exporting are paused until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted. Pick up where you left off anytime.
How is this different from SessionLab?
SessionLab has been around since 2013 and it's a genuinely solid product — a lot of kudos for what they've built. The honest difference is starting point: their foundation predates modern AI, and AI features have been added as the technology matured. Agendaflow.com was built on AI from day one. Do you support my language?
The Agendaflow interface is available in seven languages: English, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, German, French, and Spanish. And for agenda content itself, AI can translate any agenda into any language in one click.
How does AI drafting actually work?
You describe your session in plain language — "half-day strategy offsite for 12 people, Q1 planning focus" — and Agendaflow's AI drafts a full agenda with timing, exercises, and facilitator notes. You edit freely from there. It's a starting point, not a final product.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored with Supabase in their EU (Frankfurt) region. We're a European SaaS built on European infrastructure. GDPR-compliant, and your content is yours — we don't use it to train AI models.
