I did not get the verification email

You do not need it to start — sign in and work right away. Here is which mails matter and how to make the next one reach you.

When you create an account with an email and password, Agendaflow sends a mail called Verify your Agendaflow account — and then signs you straight in without waiting for it. Nothing in the app is locked behind that link. Signing in never checks whether you clicked it, and the link expires after 24 hours without consequence. The gate was removed on purpose: corporate mail systems often delay or silently quarantine our messages, and an account you cannot use because a mail never arrived is worse than no gate at all.

So if you are reading this while waiting for the verification mail, stop waiting. Open the sign-in page, enter your email and password, and start building.

The mails that do matter are the ones you cannot work around:

  • Reset your Agendaflow password — sent when you click Forgot password? and then Send reset link. The link works for one hour.
  • Confirm your Agendaflow recovery email — sent to a second address you add in Settings. The link works for 24 hours.
  • Sign in to Agendaflow — sent instead of a reset link when your account has no password, because you signed up with Google or Microsoft. It names the provider you used.

All of them come from Andreas from Agendaflow hello@agendaflow.com.

Steps

  1. Search your inbox for hello@agendaflow.com and for the subject line above. Check the spam folder, and if your company runs a quarantine portal, look there too.
  2. If you signed up with Google or Microsoft, there is no password to reset. On the sign-in page, click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft — the same button you used the first time.
  3. If the mail is still missing, ask your IT department to allow mail from hello@agendaflow.com. That is the only address we send from.
  4. Once you are in, give reset mail a second place to land: open Settings, choose Account, and find the Recovery email row. It shows Not set. Click Add.
  5. Type a personal address — not another one on your work domain — and click Send verification. The row now shows Pending, with Resend and Cancel beside it.
  6. Open the mail Confirm your Agendaflow recovery email in that inbox and click Confirm recovery email. The row in Settings now shows the address, with Remove beside it.

From then on, every password-reset link goes to both addresses. The sign-in page says so after you request one: Check your inbox (and your recovery email, if you've set one).

Tip: If the address you type uses the same mail system as your account, the row warns you: This looks like the same email system as your account — it may be blocked too. Use a personal address instead. A recovery email that sits behind the same filter is no recovery at all.

What to do next

You are signed in, so the next step is the agenda itself — see Create your first agenda.
