Your trial, and what happens when it ends
A 30-day trial with 20 AI actions: where to see the days left, what goes read-only when it ends, and how to subscribe.
Your trial starts the first time you sign in and runs for 30 days. It is the Solo plan with one difference: AI is capped at 20 actions for the whole trial instead of a monthly allowance. Everything else works as it does on a paid plan, and you are not asked for payment details until you choose one.
Where to see the days left
Open your user menu and choose Plan & Billing, or open Settings and pick Billing. The card shows Solo with a Trial badge and a line such as Free trial — 12 days remaining. Below it, AI actions this month counts how many of your 20 actions you have used.
During the last seven days a banner sits at the top of every app page: 7 days left in your free trial, counting down to Your free trial ends today on the final day. It links to the pricing page and counts whole days, so 30 hours left shows as 1 day.
What happens when it ends
Nothing is deleted. Your agendas stay in your account, and the next time you open the app the status changes to expired:
- The banner reads Your free trial has ended with a Choose a plan button, and the Billing card shows Expired — subscribe to continue.
- The dashboard still opens, and so do your agendas — but the builder is read-only. If a save is attempted anyway, the builder shows Trial ended — your changes won't be saved. Subscribe to continue.
- AI is off. The brief field on the dashboard reads Subscription required, and AI-generated agendas cannot be started.
- Exercises and Templates redirect to the pricing page.
- Share links you have already sent keep working — anyone with a review link or a participant link still sees the agenda. You cannot create new links, update the published snapshot (Your trial has ended, so you cannot change the snapshot.), send share emails or comment until you subscribe.
- Exports are not tied to the subscription.
Steps
To subscribe:
- Click Choose a plan in the banner or on the Billing card. During the trial the card's button is Upgrade to Solo instead. Both open the pricing page.
- Choose Monthly or Annual at the top. Annual is selected by default.
- Pick a plan. Solo is for one facilitator: €12 a month, or €108 a year (€9 a month), with 100 AI actions a month. Team plan is per seat, for 2 to 50 people who share a workspace, templates and billing: €19 per seat a month, or €180 per seat a year (€15 a month), with 250 AI actions per seat a month. These are launch prices — the regular price is shown crossed out beside them.
- For Team, set the number of seats with the stepper.
- Click Get started on Solo, or Subscribe · €… on Team. You pay on Stripe and land back on your dashboard.
Tip: Subscribe before the last day and nothing changes for you — there is no gap. Subscribe after, and everything switches back on once the payment goes through. The Billing card then gains a Manage billing button for invoices and cancellation; cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of the billing period.
What to do next
