Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Agendaflow
Let Claude or ChatGPT read your agendas, create new ones and change the ones you can edit — with a version saved before every change.
If you plan the day in Claude or ChatGPT, the chat can work directly in Agendaflow instead of you retyping the agenda block by block. You paste one address into the chat, sign in with your usual Agendaflow login and approve the connection. From then on the chat is a connected app.
Copy this address and paste it into Claude or ChatGPT — the steps for each are below. It is not a web page, so opening it in your browser shows nothing.

What the chat can do
- Read your agendas — the ones you can open in Agendaflow, including ones shared with you.
- Create new agendas. They land in All Agendas, and the first version in History shows which chat made them.
- Change agendas you can edit. The chat asks you before it changes anything, and Agendaflow saves a version in History before every change, so you can go back. The chat does not set start times itself; they follow the durations, just as when you edit yourself.
- Get the participant link for an agenda.
The chat can never delete an agenda, create review links, send email or see your billing and account settings. It reaches exactly what you reach in Agendaflow, never more. The files and company information you share in the chat stay in the chat; Agendaflow only receives the agendas the chat writes.
Tip: Want the chat to read only? Untick Allow editing your agendas when you approve the connection.
You need an active subscription or trial to connect.
Claude
- Open this link while you are signed in to Claude. The Add custom connector window opens with the name Agendaflow and the address filled in.
- Without the link: go to Settings → Connectors, click Add custom connector, type Agendaflow as the name and paste the address above.
- Click Add, then Connect next to Agendaflow.
- Sign in to Agendaflow and click Allow. You are taken back to Claude.
- Ask Claude for something, for example "Create an agenda in Agendaflow for a strategy day with the leadership team".
Claude Team: the Owner adds it first
On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, only an Owner can add a new connector. The Owner does it once for the whole organisation:
- Open this link as an Owner. The name and address are filled in.
- Click Add.
After that, each person on the team connects with their own Agendaflow account: Settings → Connectors, find Agendaflow and click Connect. Each person sees only their own agendas and what is shared with them.
ChatGPT
ChatGPT needs a paid plan with Developer Mode turned on.
- In ChatGPT, go to Settings → Apps and turn on Developer Mode under the advanced settings.
- Create a new app. Type Agendaflow as the name, paste the address above and choose OAuth as the sign-in.
- Sign in to Agendaflow and click Allow. You are taken back to ChatGPT.
- In a new chat, turn on Agendaflow and ask for what you need.
On a ChatGPT Business or Enterprise plan, an admin may need to turn on Developer Mode for the workspace first.
Disconnecting
Go to Settings → Data & privacy. Under Connected apps you will find every chat you have connected, with when it was last used. Click Disconnect and it loses access at once.
